Assistant Professor at the Institute of Urban and Territorial Studies of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Head of Academic Management for the Doctorate in Architecture and Urban Studies at the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urban Studies of the same institution.
PhD in Territorial Planning and Urbanism from the University of Paris-Est. Master’s in Comparative Studies on Development from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences of Paris (EHESS), 2005. Graduate of the Institute of Political Studies of Paris (Sciences Po). Bachelor’s in History with a specialization in Geography from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
RESEARCH AREAS
Her research focuses on urban socio-environmental conflicts, territorial governance, and citizen participation in Chile. She has participated in various national and international research projects on these topics.
She is currently the principal investigator for the FONDECYT Regular project 1230655 “Interdisciplinary study on the perception of noise in the city of Santiago in the (post)pandemic context” (2023-2027).
